What is the difference between the free tier and Org tier?
The free developer tier includes a generous monthly allowance — no card, no commitment — for individuals and small teams evaluating the tools. Org tier is a flat monthly rate with unlimited usage plus features the free tier does not include: cross-agent query pooling, multi-domain trending, and unlimited brief generation.
Can I purchase plugins individually?
Yes. Each plugin is independently listed and independently purchasable. The Governance Intelligence Bundle offers all three at a 27% discount, but individual purchase is always available.
What is the Architecture Pack?
A one-time deliverable: board-ready ArchiMate diagrams, governance posture report, transformation roadmap, and implementation brief. Produced by the Governance Physics Engine — computed, not consulted.
How is my purchase delivered?
Plugin subscriptions activate immediately: your API key and connection instructions are emailed to the address used at checkout. The Architecture Pack is a one-time deliverable — after payment we contact you at your checkout email to begin intake; scope, format, and timeline are confirmed at intake.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly and continue until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — self-serve via the billing portal at ontoramp.com/billing, or by emailing m@ontoramp.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further subscription fees accrue after that. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly provided in the Terms; one-time products are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
