Architecture Pack

Sample ArchiMate deliverable

This is the format an Architecture Pack arrives in — an interactive viewer plus a print-ready PDF — rendered from a four-viewpoint synthetic model of a fictional organization so you can study the structure. No client data; no engagement has been performed.

Sample — synthetic data

Every element and relationship below is synthetic. Your deliverable maps your organization's actual estate; scope, format, and timeline are confirmed at intake.

This sample carries the same four viewpoints a delivered pack ships — Current State, Target State, Network Topology, Migration — so what you study here is the structure you receive.

Interactive viewer

Pan, zoom, and inspect every viewpoint without ArchiMate tooling. Each engagement ships a private link to this viewer running on your own model; the one below runs on the synthetic exemplar.

Print-ready PDF

The same model as a board-ready document. Behind a cover and contents page, six numbered sections:

  1. 1. Executive summary. What the model contains, where its structure is strongest and weakest, and how many findings follow.
  2. 2. Governance posture report. Five structural coverage dimensions with a layer profile, then a findings register — each finding named to the elements that produced it.
  3. 3. Transformation roadmap. The findings sequenced into horizons, each action paired with the observable condition that closes it.
  4. 4. Implementation brief. One workstream per horizon: owner role, the inputs it needs before it can start, the order of work, and its exit criteria.
  5. 5. Architecture viewpoints. A notation key, then every viewpoint as a full-page landscape diagram followed by its element and relationship tables.
  6. 6. Methodology, scope and limitations. How each figure was computed, what the posture band does and does not mean, and where the report stops.

Machine-readable JSON

Every pack ships the model as JSON alongside the PDF — the full element and relationship graph, the viewpoint geometry, and the same structural readout the posture report renders. Inspect the exemplar payload to see the shape you receive.

ArchiMate Model Exchange XML

A standards-compliant ArchiMate 3.2 Model Exchange file carrying the four viewpoints a delivered pack ships. Open it in Archi or any ArchiMate 3.2 tool. Synthetic exemplar of a fictional hospital enterprise — no client engagement produced it.

How the engagement runs

  1. 1. Purchase. Checkout is self-serve; we contact you at your checkout email to begin intake.
  2. 2. Intake. We confirm scope, format, and timeline together before any analysis begins.
  3. 3. Computation. The Governance Physics Engine maps your estate — computed, not consulted.
  4. 4. Delivery. When the analysis is complete we send the pack to your checkout email, with a private link to your model in the web viewer. Your deliverables remain available for the life of your account; the material you submit for intake follows the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
